Room was great for a great price as well staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good! Thanks to the staff at BW Burleson inn

Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good.

The place was nice and clean the room was clean. The staff was nice really didn't see or use any of the amenities but breakfast was served they had a pool and a fitness room.

Convenient hotel next to highway. Nice staff. Clean hotel and comfortable. The hotel is a little dated but clean and quiet. Nice breakfast.

The lady at the front desk(i'm so upset i forgot to ask her name) helped us tremendously. My elderly mom booked rooms but i thought she didn't (shame on me) so i booked the same rooms before going inside. I was driving. This lady actually took the extra effort to get in touch with the GM(its company policy) to ask if i contacted the 3rd party booking company they would approve the refund. Mind you, we DID and WERE staying there. But my booking was a better deal(room choices). It took some work on my side, more than theirs but they did do what they said. They approved her refund. Again, it was a double booking situation. I wouldn't have expected that if we didn't stay. That was our 1st night on a 6 night trip. We learned our lesson and because of her and that GM, we will talk about this hotel for years to come. Excellent staff. Rooms were also great. But customer service is a big deal to someone who works in customer service and know this could have went a different way and rightfully so. It was after all, my mistake. But i'm so glad we stayed there. Its a fantastic place! Zero complaints! Thank you!!

Everything was so clean every glass door was clean coming in and go out I went with a 96 yr 87yr and 83 yr with 2 wheel chairs we got a suite and it worked perfectly the one that not as mobile slept on the pull out because the beds are so high and she said it was very comfortable Great Job Breakfast was hot and ready

We stayed for one night and the staff was friendly and very helpful upon arrival. Nice & clean rooms and comfortable beds! Easy on and off access to the interstate and 20 min to downtown Ft Worth.

Really enjoyed

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the exercise room, but would have like some free weights. Breakfast was good. My room was very clean and comfortable. I didn't have any problems connecting with the wifi. Access to the facility easy.

The first floor drink machine was out of product. Drinks were available on the third floor.
