Hotel Bangalore Gate & Conferences

Location is very close to railway station and other facilities. Rooms were old and size is very short. A/c was very old and was not working sometime. Only free channels was available in the cable. In one of my rooms booked, kettle was not working. Wash room is very near to door, it is very discomfort. Food is good. House keeping and room service was very good.One of the front office staff/manager was not so pleasant but the other guy was very polite and helping.

Rooms could be better and staffs can be more pleasant and freindly particularly bell boy and front office staff/manager in the first day of our accomodation.

Rooms are okay. But we found bed bugs in the bed. Later hotel change the room when we complained.They were very helpful in dealing with that. Hotel staffs dealth with the issue very professionally.

Great and really helpful stuff, helped me recharge my sim card and were very generous overall. Room was good, comfy bed, good location.

Toliet was pee-smelly even when was clean

Ac cooling even kept in temp 20 liw cooling

Rate fixed at time of booking from booking .com was changed at check out

Location was convenient, it's an old hotel but maintained well, food served was excellent 👌
