"Clean but shockingly overpriced, price gouging rates"

Staff was very friendly and helpful, facilitated my requested early check-in. Room was very clean and breakfast area was also clean and stocked. Location was good for visit to UVA.

Shockingly high price for this type of motor inn. Probably the worse value stay I have had in years. Clearly price gouging for the UVA family weekend. Loud a/c unit, poor air circulation, elevator smelled so bad we avoided using it despite being on the 3rd floor. Poor quality breakfast offerings (except fresh fruit). Parking lot badly paved, deep hole, very steep to enter and exit property, many spots were poorly positioned and difficult to access (even with my small Toyota sedan).
