DERoom was clean and comfortable with good space around the bad also. Air condition was a bonus as it was really hot during my stay. There was no key and you can open the door with password which was also great and WhatsApp assistant was quick to help and support.
Although the location is great as it is near to main train station and all the needful items are just minute away, but the area is full of drug addicts, drunk people and homeless people which is not a good view for eyes and not ideal to walk along with family during night. Even I observed several fights in the street. The second thing is there is too much noise from ambulance and tramps even at night, so if you want complete silence for the sleep, this is not the place for you. There was no reception which is ok as everything worked smoothly but sometimes you feel a need of actual person in case something happened and you need quick assistance like one time the main door jammed and was not opening and there was no one in person to complaint about.

AUThe room was cosy with great amenities, AC and a clean bathroom. The building was secure with multiple security points.
The location was convenient to the station; however, the walk between there and the hotel has a homeless/drug addict problem. This typically wasn't too big of an issue, but did leave me feeling a little nervous.
