We liked the view from the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower is high pressure, which is great. The staff is nice.

There is no glass window in the bedroom (only a mosquito net and protective bar), which means that there is a lot of noise when anyone passes by. We could also hear a concert in the centre of town that went on until the early hours of the morning. Worse still, it's easy for cockroaches to get in and the island is overrun with them. On the first night there was one the size of a large hamster on the bedroom wall, so I couldn't sleep. There was one almost every day. Plus we didn't realise there was no air con, so the balcony has to stay open all night. Our bad for not checking. The pillows are also quite lumpy and too high for stomach sleepers. Lastly, there was no Internet at all for a few days.

La ubicación

El ventilador de la habitación no funcionaba, ya que la recepción es solo hasta las 14:00 y el check in a las 15:00, tuvimos que pasar la primera noche sin ventilador y fue horrible. El día después no nos arreglaron el de la habitación, simplemente nos dieron un ventilador de pie, que hacía muchísimo ruido y aún así se pasaba muchísimo calor. No recomiendo para nada este alojamiento, no vale lo que cuesta. Se pasa muchísimo calor. Vienes de la playa para huir del calor y se está mucho peor dentro, no te dan ganas de estar. La wifi no funcionó ninguno de los cuatro días y los datos no llegan bien al alojamiento, no pudimos usar la tele ni el móvil la mayoría del tiempo. Me he quedado en varios alojamientos en Morro Jable con valoraciones más bajas en booking, y sin duda este ha sido el peor.

If you have a problem after 4 pm or 2pm at weekends there is no staff. You have to call them to resolve the problem and in case they have to come to the apartment you have to wait for them.
