The look and feel

We had booked a room for two nights ie from April 15 to April 17. On the night of April 15, we asked the manager if we can get an extension of one day. He said he’ll accommodate us if there are any cancellations as they were fully booked for April 17. On the night of April 16, we were informed that there is a possibility of an extension as there was a cancellation. On the morning of April 17, we were granted extension for another night as the room became available. Two hours later, they call us to tell us that there was a mistake at their end and that someone had already made a booking online for the room. They had apparently missed the email. So after receiving a confirmed extension, we were told we cannot continue. In fact, our request for an extension was made well in advance and we ought to have been given the first preference. This lack of coordination and diligence at the Manager’s end was funny and caused us inconvenience. We were already staying at the hotel. Once you have given me an extension, you cannot withdraw it. This was too unprofessional.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, good breakfast, the beautiful courtyard was a quiet and green oasis in the middle of the city. The home stay was well located
