"Prima plek voor tussenstop van je reis."

Een goede plek voor een tussenstop van je reis. Supervriendelijke man aan de receptie. Ontbijt was zeker in orde. Geen extra kosten voor onze 2 hondjes. Garage en de weg te voet ernaartoe is wat donker maar je auto staat er droog en afgesloten.

L'hôtel en lui-même est un bon rapport qualité / prix : accueil charmant et chambre sympa. J'y faisais des étapes lors de mes voyages Paris / Portugal. En revanche, ce qui est très décevant, ce sont les comportements des personnels : je suis TOUT A FAIT CERTAIN d'avoir oublié mon chargeur rapide et mon cordon de charge de téléphone sur la table / bureau en partant. Le lendemain matin lorsque j'ai appelé pour faire part de l'oubli mon interlocuteur m'a soutenu, avec beaucoup d'indélicatesse, que ce n'était pas possible et rien n'avait été récupéré dans la chambre. C'est très décevant, parce que je suis certain que mes accessoires de téléphone sont restés sur la table / bureau..... Je n'ai pas pour habitude d'oublier des choses dans les hôtels et encore moins d'affirmer sans certitude de mes dires. Décevant parce que c'était la 3ème fois que je m'arrêtais dans cet hôtel, lors de mes fréquentes étapes entre Paris et le Portugal. Je ne louerai plus de nouveau dans cet hôtel, non pas pour la valeur du préjudice mais par la réaction des responsables de l'établissement. L'hôtel mérite une meilleure réputation.
