The room smelled like a public bathroom
First room had no working phone or air conditioner. Second room had no housekeeping. Third room had no working shower, with water either cold or dangerously hot. Staff was helpful, but not enough. They clearly don’t maintain the facility. It was sweltering, the pool was closed, the ice machine didn’t work. One of the three worst hotel experiences in my life, and definitely not up to the Hampton standard.
Two of the machines in the fitness room were broken and so was the pool. But the staff were super friendly and helpful and it was quieter than the last time I stayed here!
Very disappointed with this hotel. It was dirty including the non functioning pool. The all inclusive breakfast has limited food. I will not stay at this hotel ever again. DO NOT book this hotel.
I reserved a king bed room, but then was told none were available upon arrival. Cable TV was locked out of parental controls . The front desk did not have the code to unlock, and I could not even watch the History channel. Very disappointing for the price.
I did not get the room I booked. Because they overbooked that type of room. I went there to relax by the pool and hot tub. On your site it said nothing about the pool and tub not being open. When I went to the relax by the pool. The hot tub did not work. The pool was dirty and not heated. When I talked to the front desk. They said hot tub was out of order and the pool was open. The main reason I went away for the night was to relax by the pool.
TV remote didn’t work.
AC was extremely loud, beds were uncomfortable.
Friendly staff . Clean and well maintained . Great breakfast .
Front desk made fun of my last name and there was hair in the bed sheets
