I had a medical emergency . I called and asked to get a refund as I could not drive. I realize it was non- refundable but I offered papers to prove medical info. Really can’t make an exception?? Not good…
guest check was excellent our roomwas very clean i suggested to used large pillows for king size beds for more comfort breakfast was ok i could be better, coffe was hood.the other fa t is the vending machine is sold out .we had a good time.
I stayed for a cousin’s wedding in the Brentwood area. The hotel was clean, quiet, and included breakfast. I recommend this location for convenience to Starbucks across the street and numerous places to eat nearby.
We always stay here when we visit our daughter. The number one reason we choose this hotel is for its cleanliness. We had an issue on the first night we stayed here this past weekend. The room had a bad odor, it smelled dirty. The odor was of muggy sweat. We had been driving for over 8 hours and were exhausted so I didn't go back downstairs to let the check in person know. I cracked the window in hopes that it would air out but it did not. The next morning I brought this issue up to the front desk. They said they would do a deep clean and said we could get a different room if the issue wasn't resolved. When we came back, the odor was gone, room was very clean and we had a great night sleep.
No further comm. I was only there for the one evening.

Unfortunately Hampton Inns have gone downhill. The room smelled musty and old. The bed was very uncomfortable and gave me a backache. This is the very last time I will stay at a Hampton Inn.
I didn’t realize these are franchises hotels . Upon ready the reviews,guest stated their room smelled . I was hoping that issue was resolved but unfortunately I room smelled. My mom’s smelled like DOG even before she took her service dog in her room . She had ants in her room . Definitely not updated like the Hampton I’m in now . Staff was younger . Lacked customer service skills .
