Hampton Inn Goshen

The pool was ice cold so everyone and their kiddos were in the hot tub. Bed was a rough sleep and the pillows were like doll pillows. Staff were fantastic. Average mid tier hotel. Pet friendly but the $75 fee is wild.

Awful service. We are Hilton Diamond members and we were treated horrible. We were late getting to the hotel because we were visiting our daughter. We got to the hotel at 9pm. Checked out 9am. Paid the bill. Then later we did not get our Hilton points. Hotel told corporate we did not stay there. We no showed, even though we were charged. We have called and emailed the manager to get our money back or rectify this situation. No luck. No points and no return of money. It is like we were never there. The hotel even told corporate we were lying about staying there!!!!!😡

The only issue we had was a noisy are AC unit.

Great frienly staff, there was a broken shade in the room, the staff easily moved us to another close room.

Staff was very nice and whoever was manning the lobby area and keeping breakfast and the drinks stocked was doing a fantastic job. Great stay! I go here once a year and this is always the property I stay at.

We have been to this hotel a couple of times. Quick check-in and close parking. The facility is well maintained and they were working on improvements. The breakfast is always well stocked and not too busy. Our rooms were clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly.

The only issue with our stay was that the bathroom doors did not shut well and lock in both of our rooms. Minor problem, but kind of a hassle with kids along.

Clean, newly remodelled hotel. Good hot breakfast with options. Pet friendly although there are many stray cats on the grounds because they are fed. So that's distracting if you have a dog.

it was in a nice area close to shopping and also away from the main street car and truck noise.
