No hot breakfast A little expensive

The room itself was very nice.

The elevator was semi operative - an out of order sign on it that was removed but it took 2 minutes to go from 3rd to 4th floor which is very disconcerting. The A/C fan was quite loud. Reservation had been made 2 weeks earlier and requested ground floor but got 4th floor. The thermostat is like an overly bright night light in the eyes and could find no way to dim it.

It was a good location. Staff was great. Breakfast was good.

It was only one elevator so it took awhile to get to our room because a large group was checking in at the same time.

The location was near where I had to be😀

The room did not smell fresh. There was not an adjustable mirror in the bathroom.

Locatie was prima, centraal en makkelijk aan te rijden. Kamer was ruim en goed. Gym was goed en parkeergelegenheid voldoende.

Ontbijt was vaak niet aangevuld. wordt om de dag schoongemaakt, maar bij mij (4 nachten) helemaal. Twee dagen gevraagd of ze willen schoonmaken, niet gelukt... bij verzoek om een schone handdoek bijd e receptie alleen het antwoord dat deze er niet meer zijn...

The room was good - everything worked and it was clean. The woman who helped me at check-in was also very friendly and fast. She correctly set up both my physical keys and my digital room key, which a person at a prior Hilton the day earlier (different hotel) didn't know how to do. Kudos to her!

The breakfast experience, YIKES. The selection was lacking with just a small countertop with a few cereals, bagels, and muffins. There was no fresh, whole food like fruit, and nothing hot (no waffles, pancakes, etc.). The worst part was the staff member handling the breakfast area. I sat there and watched her clean off the entire countertop using her BARE HAND. Yuck. She wiped off crumbs, everything, into her other hand, then brushed it off at the trash can. Next, a couple of young kids tried to figure out the yogurt machine. It looked like they couldn't figure it out, so they left their bowl at the yogurt machine and left. This same staff member came back a while later, saw the bowl, and shouted to the whole dining area, which was quiet and calm up to this point, "SOMEONE'S YOGURT?!" at full volume. But the most disgusting thing - she brought out a yellow rag to clean something up off the floor near the countertop yogurt machine. Shortly after, with the yogurt machine was open (presumably for cleaning/servicing), she picked up that exact rag from the floor, and began wiping something on the inside of the yogurt machine. Days like that, I'm thankful I'm lactose intolerant.
