Very clean. Staff was amazing

Upstairs neighbors were extremely loud in the middle of the night

The hotel is so close to everything.

You need ice buckets in the rooms

There is bed bugs and the staff was not able to facilitate with the me to get a clean room.

They let you to stay in the room with bed bugs. Not one even comes up to help with it or take a look with the issue.

I really enjoyed my stay at Spark by Hilton. The space felt clean, simple, and thoughtfully designed, which made it easy to relax right away. The staff were welcoming and supportive, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making the experience comfortable.
