The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful

When I arrived in my room the windows were open! ( on thec3rd floor). I found out later that was because the air-conditioning wasn't working. Of the two sconses over the bed only one had a light bulb and the working light was dim. The overhead light provided dim light as well. I had to open the curtains in order to get light in the room. The conditioner bottle in the bathroom was empty, and never filled despite my asking, because my room was not cleaned nor was the trash emptied for my entire stay( arrival Thursday, departure Sunday.)

Price, cleanliness and staff were exceptional.

Noise. I was not able to rest due to people walking constantly until 1.30am. It was just annoying.

It was fine for just crashing

There was a lot of noise above me. Floor 3. Two days in a row sounded like people were marching across the room above. I didn't report usually e by 11pm

Quiet

The bed sheets were wrinkled and looked like they had been used before.

Sheets with wrinkles and messy pillow cases.
