Property outside was not kept up, dirty, overflowing trash cans in the halls. Room needs refurbishing, bathroom tub was old and crack. Bathroom ceiling with old leaks and black spots. Extra towels needed to be exchange! Staff polite, breakfast adequate.

Front desk was helpful. Room 215 finally cleaned the mildew in bathroom so I apperciate the customer service also dyring the heatwave most a/c units were workijg efficiency

I travel with a task trained service dog. I was clearly put in a "pet friendly" room. The door was flimsy as if it had been previously kicked in and loosely repaired. Once the lights were off, I noticed the huge gaps in the door to the outside. Rodent droppings on the floor stuck to my bare feet. It appeared that someone had locked a small dog in the bathroom at some point. The inside door trim was scratched up and painted over. The refrigerator leaked all over the floor.

Worked well for business travel.

Staff were all nice, it’s basic, more for working in the area, not an upscale vacation spot

Travelocity or this venue needs to make it clear that they will charge $100 fee when you get to the property that they claim is for damages. Nothing was stated beforehand that they would do that. They told us it’s refundable but it was kinda shady to be told that when we believed we already had a rate. Most hotels will do that anyway if you trash the room there would be a fee etc. it was just weird to find out when you check in.

Property is clean but it looks a bit suspect looks like it’s a hotel from a Tubi movie! 😂😂 A quick one day stay is cool one stay longer than that.

Based on the pictures I thought I was going to get a good hotel for a great price. I traveled here for business and brought my family to stay in the hotel while I was working. When we got there we were definitely surprised. The room was disgusting. Nothing like the pictures. Stains everywhere, beds were uncomfortable. One was very hard and the other was just hard. I took clean socks for my daughter and before we checked out I changed them and took a picture of how dirty the floor was. I will never stay there again.
