The is the best hotel around London specially the bar and the staff very knowledgeable and helpful Ahmad was great.

Reshad and Marina and Kasun were very helpful and accommodating. We had an unexpected increase in our group size and they were very gracious. They fed our hungry group, and helped us connect our computer to play a game on the tv. Would 100% recommend! The food was delicious! Thank you!

I contacted the gym via their online form at the beginning of January to request a pause to my membership as I was going on holiday for 3 weeks in the middle of February. I am an annual member so the terms of my contract allow me to pause my membership. They did not come back to me and when I was in the gym the day before I was going on holiday, I spoke to someone at the desk and relayed this. He assured me he would come back to me the next day, however he didn’t. I submitted another form online while I was on holiday and still heard nothing. When I got back I found an email address for contract disputes and they denied having any record of my making contact with them and asked me to provide evidence! I would have been able to provide evidence if their website had been set up to send an automatic confirmation of submission - instead all you get is a confirmation the form has been submitted and yet somehow this is now my error? ps for the women’s changing rooms regularly have lots of hair on the floor, the toilets barely work and constantly smell, even in the shower area there is often a smell of faeces. Plus the steam and sauna are always full. Plus they have days where you can take family and friends in for free (to entice them to join of course) so the place is completely packed out then.
