"Bar service poor and extra charges"

Check in was fine

Service in the bar was absolutely unacceptable, even with no other customers it was taking an average of ten minutes to get one drink, this was consistent over the whole weekend and now I've noticed an extra charge on my card for 114 euros and there's no phone number to enquire about it, live chat just keeps asking me to rephrase the question, we are regular stayers over the years and as a group have decided that going forward we are changing hotels

Bed comfy and tv worked well also the tea making facilities were good. The room was very quiet and breakfast was good

Too much in the way of stripes in the carpet and walls -too busy on the eyes! Also the room needed 2 comfy chairs not 2 stools to sit on .Also the shower controls were miles away from the shower screen in the bath, and it was far too slippery for my feet to be safe.
