Sehr hezlicher Empfang, guter Service, gutes Zimmer. Ein sehr gutes ausreichendes Frühstück. Leider sind Schwimmbad und Sauna nur bis 19.30 Uhr geöffnet.

The external décor is lovely, location and the surrounding scenery is as you might expect in this part of the world. Bed was clean and comfy and the room was warm for a good sleep.

This list is long, Travelled from the UK known to the hotel from my booking, a long drive from the airport of arrival into Italy and arrived at the hotel around 7:30pm. The hotel has a restaurant but was not permitted to dine, as I "had not warned them". Nowhere did it state on my booking i had to do this and never have i stayed in a hotel with a restaurant that i could not dine in as a guest in a hotel "guest"!. There were people eating but it was not busy! Spending the rest of the evening trying to find somewhere to have dinner in freezing temperatures. Then there was my "deluxe" room. Not my expectation of the meaning of the word deluxe. I was very disappointed at the facilities in the room and the décor. For €165 for a single room i had no t/coffee and if i wanted a bottle of water i had to pay for it from the mini-bar (which only had water). No carpets but i guess this is to accommodate ski'ers?!? Then onto breakfast, hot food was cold with a choice of thin ham or scrambled eggs, that's it. the remainder of cold food choices were good and the coffee was very nice. This hotel has spa facilities and one of the key selection criteria i had in choosing this hotel. operating from 7am-7pm, i went down at 7:30am for a swim and relaxation before my business meeting. The pool was very small but warm at least, everything else was off, spa sauna, steam all very cold - no lights nothing. no-one in attendance. Would i stay here again, definitely not!!

Wir waren nur 4 Tage hier, aber es war sehr schön, incl. einen Tag Biathlon Antholz. Frühstück und abends Menü waren super. Schwimmbad war auch sehr schön. Der Chef und seine Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. 😊👍

Sehr unfreundlicher und unkulanter Umgang !! Falsche Zimmerzuordnung, sehr unfreundlicher Ton, Frühstücks-Paket eine Zumutung !!! Nie wieder in diesem Haus ...
