It's location is convenient.

The room was dirty from the get go. The bathroom mirror and sink were filthy. The shower still has hair in it. The broken water pipe which I know is nothing in your control but to be told about it would have been helpful. After a long day of sweating and getting dirty a shower is needed and to find out the water is broken would have been helpful. Yet you all didn't say anything and didn't offer anything for the issue. So we went to a friend's hotel and showered for 2 days.

The window was broken in such a way that you push it into the room. It was not secured on the sides and the latch could not be locked. I also had to use my full body weight to open the door. A definite fire and safety hazard.

"Filthy "

If i could do a zero i would. The sheets had blood on them and hair in the bed. The mattress cover had pee stains on it. If it wasn't 3am i would of left and took a loss on my money. That place hasn't had a good cleaning in months. There was homeless people living in the parking lot. I should of slept in my car.

The room was run down and sloppily repaired. The smell was overwhelming of cleaning products. There was only one very small trash container in the room. The was no trash can in the bathroom. All in all it was OK.
