Majú úžasný a pozorný personál, všetko bolo promptne vybavené a oceňujem, že komunikujú slušne a priamo aj slabé stránky hotela, tak človek vie prípadné nedostatky lepšie prijať, také aké sú. Preto dávam vyššie hodnotenie. Jedlo bolo chutné a pestré v rámci ponuky. Z hotela je parádny výhľad.

Chcelo by to trochu popracovať na vybavení, hlavne kúpeľňa by si zaslúžila rekonštrukciu...väčší sprchový kút a sfunkčniť odsávanie. Taktiež by som privítal zákaz fajčiť aj na balkónoch.

Zimmergröße war ok, Pool auch. Die Lage grundsätzlich ok, aber sonst gibt es nichts.

Essensauswahl: katastrophal, sehr wenig, immer das Gleiche und das, was übrig blieb, wurde in eine anderen Variation angeboten. Getränke ungenießbar. Rezeption: ohne Worte: keine Auskunft bei der Auskunft, nichts. Lift kaputt. Preise an der Bar: überteuert. Stiegen-Geländer wackelig, absolute Gefahr für Kinder und Erwachsene. Wohlfühlfaktor: Null!

Cleaning ladies were cleaning poorly, and air conditioning was not cooling the room really
