Un hotel curat, liniștit situat foarte aproape de mare, cu parcare păzită (contra cost 15 euro pt 10 nopti). Personalul amabil, va rezolva toate doleanțele, curățenia s-a făcut zilnic, mâncare foarte buna tip bufet suedez și chiar dacă micul dejun e repetitiv , ai de unde sa alegi și să mănânci în fiecare zi altceva. Magazine, restaurante, pizerii , cafenele , info turistic, promenada,închirieri biciclete (chiar mașini) la 2 minute de mers pe jos. Am primit în fiecare zi un snack bar la prânz deși am avut doar demipensiune ceea ce a fost super ok. Plaja amenajata este foarte aproape dar pentru cei ce vor intimitate se găsesc locuri foarte frumoase pe partea neamenajata chiar și cu intrare lina pentru copii mici. In concluzie : nu pot decat sa mulțumesc gazdelor noastre pentru concediul reușit pe care l-am avut. Cu siguranță este un loc în care sa revii. În legătură cu scările rulante ,de care vad că se plânge o grămadă de lume, e normal să se defecteze dacă oamenii nu respecta instrucțiunile de utilizare. Poate ar trebui ca aceste instrucțiuni de utilizare sa fie mai vizibile dar cu siguranță nu este o tragedie dacă ele nu funcționează o zi sau doua până se repara. Cu siguranță dacă eu , cu meniscul rupt și probleme de genunchi nu am avut probleme nici restul oamenilor sănătoși nu vor avea. Pentru cei din Romania, dacă va place la Sovata (hotelurile Ensana) sigur o sa va placa și aici. Pot spune că Zelena Laguna se aseamănă foarte mult cu Sovata dar lacul Ursu este înlocuit de mare și localurile sunt mai puține. Rezervați cu încredere.

Nu pot spune că nu ne-a placut ceva. Totuși, poate pe viitor veți schimba televizoarele sau cel puțin pachetul de programe să aibă mai multe opțiuni pt copii. Ceva spatiu in plus in bai, nu ar strica, desi după ce te obișnuiești nu te mai deranjează deloc.
