Habitación muy aseada, desde que se entra se nota el esmero en un buen servicio

Desayuno completo pero poca cantidad, platos medianos

UNA LINDA PISCINA. EL DESAYUNO PODRÍA ESTAR MEJOR. Solo dos frutas en un país de frutas baratas todo el año. Agregar tortillas o pan. Lo pedí y me lo dieron, pero no había para servirse. No estaba muy caliente el gallo pinto y el huevo. Un día pedí lo calentaran y lo hicieron con gusto. Muy atento el chico del restaurante.

Deben vigilar los olores de los desagües.

The room had no towels, under the beds were dirty, the pool closes early, the bar closes early, during the check in process they tried to charge me triple the amount.

We booked a Double Room with Two Double Beds because we needed four beds for our family. When we arrived and paid, we were told the hotel was fully booked and could only offer two rooms with king beds. In reality, we received: • One room with a king bed (this was fine) • One apartment with a full bed and a sofa bed, but the sofa bed was broken and unsafe to use. We asked for a solution or a bed change, but nothing was done. The apartment also did not receive regular housekeeping. When we requested cleaning, we were told staff were unavailable and could only clean the next day—by which time we were leaving. The only help provided was a broom, garbage bags, and new towels, so we had to clean the apartment ourselves because the garbage can and floor were dirty when we arrived. We booked this property specifically for the two double beds, and this was one of the main reasons for choosing it. Instead, we had to sleep in separate places, and the apartment was uncomfortable. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and we hope the property addresses these issues for future guests.

El desayuno fue muy ineficiente con mal sabor, frio, con muchas moscas en las comidas que estaba fuera de algo que las cubriera ,el huevo del desayuno venia hasta con la cascara y el personal de la cocina con una atención muy mala, de mala gana y con una forma fea de atender Nos encontramos un escorpión en el cuarto el cual lo pudimos matar porque era de un tamaño pequeño, pero es peligroso para los demás huéspedes que podrían pisarlo y resultar heridos
