Las instalaciones están bien mantenida, pero le hace falta clientes muy solo y falta de variedad en sus productos q ofrecen en el restaurante.

Relación precio con lo q se ofrecen no va por lo menos dar el desayunó gratis asi talvez logran jalar más clientela q estaba vacío.

Price, location, staff, cleanliness. They set us up with an excellent guide to Chichen Itza who met us at hotel. We followed him in our car.

Dinner for so-so, not bad not great.

The location couldn’t be better. It’s like 5 minutes drive to chichen Itza and 3 minutes drive from Ik Kil Cenote.

Very nice hotel architecture and staff. Peaceful stay. I hope to come again.

I was confused by the statement in the email confirmation "Your reservation is paid with Booking.com". The receptionist insisted that I pay at check in, and that I had not paid at booking.com. I could not prove this, so I paid at check in. It does not appear that I was double charged, but booking.com needs to be clearer.

Really nice hotel near Chichen Itza. Helping staff and good breakfast, but it should have been included in the room price in my opinion.

Only small minus was that we requested a twin and a double room, and got two twins.
