Amazing hotel right by the pyramids. Enjoyed our stay. Wound highly recommend

I arrived and they told me that they didn´t have room. So they sent me another horrible hotel

Location is excellent for visiting the ancient site- 20 minutes walk to gate1. The hotel is clean and comfortable. There is no air conditioning in rooms and the swimming pool was not very clean but otherwise all good

I was surprised you could see the pyramids from the hotel. This former club med property is beautiful and richly decorated. The staff is amazing and passionate about meeting guests' needs. The pool area is calming. Archaeology tours to Teotihuacan stay here which says a lot. The only problem we had was the wifi was spotty in our room. It wasn't a big deal because we were mainly in the room to sleep. I look forward to my next stay.

Excellent location for a visit to the Teotihuacan archeological site: about 300 metres from gate 1. Ideally visit by car, in which case at the roundabout by gate 1 go right and look for the bright blue buildings. If you go left you go ALL the way around the ring road which is very slow. It is close enough to walk to gate 1. You can eat at the hotel but if you have a car you have more choice of restaurants. Food was ok but this area is not for fine dining. We stayed in early February and it was very cold at night - the rooms had no heating but provided plenty of blankets. Shower was hot and strong. No coffee/tea maker or fridge in room. There is an ATM in the gate 1 building. Wifi was free but only available in hotel lobby.

Very cozy place close to the Pyramids. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The only issue that we had was that the shower had a very low stream and was a little difficult to get hot water at times but this did not bother us too much. Overall we had a really nice stay at this hotel.

Fantastic location close to Pyramids, paceful and ejoyable. Not a new hotel but price is fair. Food and service were fantastic, it’s personnel makes a difference.

I loved the overall traditional mexican style of the hotel and the room. It’s a twist of a traditional hacienda appearance with modern amenities.

the restaurant is good..the staff and facilities are outstanding.. you can see the Pyramids from the from the front entrance.. a fine place, indeed

Despite having prebooked and prepaid in full we were advised the room was not available and told that we would have to move to another hotel in the area. We stood our ground, not having any information about the alternative on offer. After about 30 minutes of to and fro we were allowed to stay. Later we were awakened by karaoke at 1:30 in the morning. After pointing out the time to the participants they did pack it in. No hotel staff were seemingly present.
