"Loved my stay"

The welcome was lovely after a long drive it put us at ease. The room was bigger than it looked in the photo. The bed is massive and so comfy. The building all together is stunning. And the carpets are so soft under your feet. So happy with my stay, I wish I booked to stay longer. The high street is a 15 minute walk away from the restaurants. Also smart telly so I could connect all my apps with my phone.

"Very well positioned and a lovely hotel."

The property was warm and inviting and the owner and her daughter went above and beyond to make our stay very memorable . We will definitely be booking again. Distance from Selkirk town Center was within walking distance. The bus stop to Edinburgh was very easy to get to.

"Great comfy stay, pet friendly as well!"

The owner lady was very kind and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. Beautiful dinning room with shutter windows ,high ceilings and beautiful moody atmosphere from the room window. Definitely will be back again.

"Very welcome and food excellent."

Breakfast was excellent. The location was great for touring around the area but to far out or the town to walk in on an evening.the guest house did have a bar so that was a plus.
