The Firs Bed and Breakfast

Both Dan and Izabella were very welcoming and friendly from arrival till departure. The room was spotlessly clean, bed was huge and very comfortable and en suite with shower was an added bonus. Top it off with an excellent breakfast every morning. Would highly recommend this guest house to everyone. Thank you Dan and Izabella for a great weekend.

I can't think of anything negative to say about this guest house or hosts, we had a great weekend.

Excellent location and Dan was very helpful.

It was quiet, good breakfast, at this price point It cant really be beaten but most of all the hosts were fantastic, lovely people and they work with what they have. Without host price point 6.5/10 With host and price point 9/10 Hope that helps, I would definitely come back.

No option to turn radiator on (I didn't ask but if I did they probably would have sorted it). Shower pressure was the biggest issue, there wasn't really much. I believe they are sorting out there bedrooms and bathroom to be on suite, so that might be sorted soon.

The owners are a lovely couple and very accommodating

Bright large bedroom, large comfortable bed, good tea & coffee making facility, TV worked well, large bright bathroom with a great shower. Delicious breakfast in a bright spacious breakfast room, plenty to eat, owner couldn't do enough to help. Fantastic friendly service.

Owners unavailable on arrival, had to call to book in. No message to say that they wouldn't be present on our arrival. So panicked we had a false booking. Once we made contact with owner on the phone he made us feel welcome. No heating in room although it wasn't particularly cold, last thing at night and first thing in the morning it was chilly. A few damp stains on wall but understand it's difficult to keep up with it in Devon/Cornwall.
