Location and good value. Dog friendly too. Breakfast was included.

Great price for my room which was perfect for what I needed for an overnight stay in Plymouth. Only a 10 minute walk from city centre, Quiet location. Comfortable bed and room. Izabella was very freindly. Check in and out was very easy. Would definately stay again if I need to stay in Plymouth.

First of all the location is perfect for discovering Plymouth. It is very close to the Hoe Park and to other sightseeing. Dan and his spouse are lovely people. Btw, I also recommend to have a dinner at the Platters, at the harbour; very good sea food there. And Dan is cooking there. Btw, Dan also prepared our breakfast the day after! His spouse also arranged the parking permit for the night in the Pier Street, for an affordable price of 8.5£! We were just feeling at home with Dan.

It seems that the street is used for some speeder (cars and motor bikes), despite speed breakers, but this was luckily only the case early evening. It's unfortunately a trend that causes everywhere problems; the landlords are certainly suffering too.

This property has been renovated to a very high standard, indeed many major hotels don't reach this level. Everything works in the room and communal areas are in great condition with interesting furniture which adds a special feel. Cleanliness is 100% and the location , just a few hundred yards from the. seafront, with cafes, pubs and restaurants as well as visitor attractions make the location special. The owners are professional in there service and nothing is too much trouble. Great English breakfast and options are available. I will return if I need to stay in this location again.

A few more days here would have been great! Seriously there is nothing to not like like!

The Firs is located on a quiet street very close to the seafront with restaurants/café close by. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Nice modern ensuite bathroom. We booked for one night which included an excellent breakfast.

The room was clean and the bathroom was fantastic.

It looked like the b and b was half way through a renovation. And if so, they shouldn't of been open. The bottom stairs were in the dark. And the bedroom door did not shut properly. Then the guest was very loud last night. So dont know what was going on. But we did feel very out of place sitting eating our breakfast in a cramped dining room with bits of furniture everywhere.

Good breakfast, freshly cooked by host. Great value. Clean and nice smelling too.
