Trianon Hotel

Charm of an earlier time but still maintained well.

We had an absolute horrendous stay here. First of all, the staff are the most disrespectful and horrible people (workers) i’ve ever met. On our 3rd night , we had the police involved as the man working here screamed and threatened to fight me outside because i used a towel to dry one of the seats outside. Ever since we arrived he was horrible. I DO NOT recommend ANYONE TO STAY HERE. You will soon find out why. Also to add, the rooms are sweltering hot with broken aircon that does not work, and my partner had what looks to be Bed Bug bites scattered on her body. There is much better places to stay, spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. MARK MY WORDS!!!

The room was much larger than what we anticipated from the photos, which was great! The reception also kindly accommodated our late check-in which was super helpful.

Very clean hotel! Kind stuff! Overall it was a pleasant staying.

Good stay

Listed amenities were false. No 24 hour business center, no restaurant on site offering breakfast, bed linens were dirty. Whenever I left the room the key cards wouldn’t let me back in effectively locking me out of the room multiple times. Upon leaving, noticed bug bites on my person. Checked out after 1 day of a 3 day reservation. Asked for but was refused a receipt upon checkout. Indifferent staff to my concerns.
