Hotel Santa Gilla

I really liked the hotel, the cleanliness, the location and the availability.

Everything was good

Convenient and nice pool to relax by; free welcome drink. Grounds well kept, spacious terrace outside room. If you like using the pool ask for a ground floor room with pool view.

Poor menu - very limited choice and buffet style which I don’t associate with 4star facilities. Charge for drinking water to refill your bottle - yes it’s filtered but come on, 4 star and not cheap prices and you want to add to that - not good service. Strange location as sort of behind shopping complex with a giant empty car park next to it.

Praticamente tutto. La struttura è molto accogliente, la zona piscina bellissima. Forse il bagno in camera necessiterebbe di un restyling.

Le tovagliette a cena. Ok a colazione, ma a cena mi aspetto una tovaglia di stoffa.

The hotel is adequate. The rooms are large, and some of them have a view of the surrounding wetlands. The rooms were serviced daily. The hotel is twelve (12) miles from the interesting historical part of Cagliari -- the only things nearby were a mall which had a cafe and a pizza place, and a grocery store, though there might have been some other food options. The hotel restaurant serves breakfast and dinner - it's buffet style, with the usual over-cooked, cafeteria-style food, though they did have good swordfish steak one night. One night our group reservation for dinner was canceled on the same day because a wedding party had reserved it that night. You could hear the noise througout the hotel. This event wasn't mentioned when our group booked dinner there (over a month in advance) although the hotel must have known there would be a wedding reception that night. I wouldn't choose to stay there again.

Der saubere Pool lud zum verweilen ein. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber und die Nähe zu den Flamingos war toll. Es gab ein Willkommensgetränk.

Nice clean hotel, excellent staff, very friendly and helpful.

Keiner der Saftgetränke schmeckte nach dem Obst - kurz gesagt: stark mit Wasser verdünnt
