The apparent was very clean,spacious and very inviting. The spa was a welcome surprise. The hotel offered two pools inside and out. Everything was absolutely fantastic.

the place is cleaned at a perfect condition. There are tissues and soaps and towels

No staff on site after 8pm. Is it not the customer's fault if they arrive late and found the appliances not working. And there are no flexible solutions for issues with the kitchen electrics. You can completely send a good one or change to a new room. At least there should be an instruction for frequent problems. The hot water is very limited after cooking, and full re-heating takes up to 3 hours. Should consider switching to other heat source since it is already 2026. The place is just by the road, subject to car and people noise in the morning, even that we booked a higher end room. No slippers offered as a high-end hotel (do not use environment protection as a reason) Worst of all, the front desk still charged me the delay checkout fee (which should not exist in Australia after all) after I compliant about the trouble caused by the room. We could have totally check out earlier if the kitchen and hot water is in good condition.

I have chosen your hotel for my vacation accommodation more than four times already. I’ve always had a wonderful stay every single time, and I truly love enjoying dinner on the balcony while watching the sunset. Compared with my previous stays, I would like to share a sincere feedback this time. I feel the staff lack warmth and genuine hospitality. There wasn’t even a simple friendly greeting, as if guests are only here just to pay for a service. Your hotel strictly follows all national regulations and standard rules without any flaw, but what is missing is human kindness and heartfelt care.

The pool and spa were great, the location was good, and the food at the restaurant was excellent.

The furniture in the hotel, such as the sofas, dining chairs, and bedside tables, were very old, worn out, and uncomfortable. It would be better if they were replaced.
