Great location and well suited to families. Indoor pool was great to unwind in no matter the weather. Onsite bar/restaurant open in the evenings a bonus. Friendly and helpful staff.

Some of the furniture in the room a little dated with ripped dining chairs. Didnā€™t hinder a wonderful stay though.

"A solid choice on our way to Melbourne"

Glad to find a spot in Lakes Entrance after many hours of driving. The hotel is non-descript and has no character but everything works perfectly well and we had plenty of space for the three of us.

This place was very noisy and the "restaurant" was terrible

Very family friendly accommodation that is good value for money. Great location, comfortable and quiet rooms with a view of the water, great facilities - especially the larger style bar fridge. Also lovely to have an indoor pool and spa.

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay and thought the facilities were good, maybe a little tired though."

Checking in was easy. The apartment was massive! The view from the veranda was spectacular. The veranda was huge too! The rooms were a good size also. The apartment was well stocked with plates, glasses etc. The location is pretty good, being within walking distance to cafe's restaurants, supermarkets, beaches etc

Although the linen and bathroom etc were clean, the patio or deck had quite a few cobwebs. The front door could use some spray and the lift needed servicing (very clunky). The car parks were a bit tight. There was a fair bit of paint off the walls from suitcases etc.
