De ligging, het is erg ver weg.

Тихое, красивое место.Чистый воздух, прекрасный вид на Этну.Спасибо отелю за апгрейд. Номер комфортный.Завтрак хороший.

Lage und Haus hervorragend.

Innenpool würde ich in der kalten Jahreszeit kostenlos oder mit einem kleinen Aufpreis anbieten. Der verlangte Preis pro Person stand in keinem Verhältnis.

Scarsa chiarezza nell' esporre i propri servizi, tantoché è stata fatta una prenotazione tramite booking assicurandoci che era inclusa anche la spa. Ma al momento del check-in, ci hanno comunicato che era a pagamento, quindi il nostro soggiorno è stato rovinato. La direzione non ha fatto nulla per rimediare al disguido. Trovandoci con un soggiorno passato in camera... Restando in camera, accendiamo la TV e troviamo canali erotici...cucchiaini macchiati, tazze con polvere...quindi evitiamo di prendere te/caffè in camera. La camera detta "king" di king non aveva nulla, nemmeno la vista della camera, visto che di fronte dava su altre finestre...una camera piccola...per niente confortevole visto che per avere un po' di tepore abbiamo dovuto chiamare più volte la reception...siamo stati trattati con poco rispetto nonostante abbiamo pagato 189 euro per 2 persone e per una notte... Esperienza totalmente negativa...non la consiglio per niente....

The parking is far from the entrance of the hotel and they don't have any valet to help for the suitcases; The room is small and the amenities are minimal for a 5 starts; The next morning the room wasn't cleaned properly(they didn't bother cleaning the used cups, change the bed sheets, clean properly the floor...); The hotel is actually far from the Mount Etna main meeting point... (~1hr) Honestly, we were highly disappointed. It doesn't correspond to a 5* standing.

Bardzo ładnie urządzony hotel w cichej okolicy. Bardzo wygodne pokoje. Dobre śniadanie.
