Sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal. Zimmer in Ordnung. Frühstück erste Klasse.

Was ich vermisst habe, einfache Gerichte wie Pizza und so weiter. Nur weil es 5 Sterne hat muss man nicht immer so exklusive Sachen anbieten.

Lo único que disfrute fue la cómoda cama. Estando en una zona de viñedos y zona montañosa, el desayuno lo sirven en una baja donde no se puede apreciar las vistas.

Los servicios y utilidades deberían revisarse antes que los clientes lleguen, así ahorrar la llamada a recepción porque el televisor no funciona, en otros lugares pagando menos de la mitad de precio nos dieron incluso hasta un cepillo de dientes y pasta dental pequeños. Si reservaste por booking tendrás habitación sin vistas al viñedo o montaña. Los trabajadores podrían tener mejor trato, estuvieron haciendo mantenimiento y pusieron una escalera justo afuera de nuestra habitación.

Our recent stay at the Hilton near Etna was nothing short of exceptional. The room exceeded expectations in every way - spacious, beautifully designed, and with a super‑comfy bed that made the whole experience feel closer to a six‑star stay. The outdoor pools, gardens, and the unforgettable views of the volcano created a setting that felt both luxurious and unique. It was incredibly easy to relax, unwind, and even chat with other guests around the bar and pool - the atmosphere was that welcoming. Dinner was a highlight in its own right. The quality, presentation, and flavours were so refined that the meal genuinely felt worthy of a Michelin star. I had the pleasure of meeting Rachelle and Salvatore, whose excellent customer service elevated the entire dining experience. The front‑of‑house team were equally impressive - warm, professional, and everything you’d expect from a hotel of this calibre. This is, without hesitation, the best Hilton I’ve ever stayed at, and I would recommend it to others in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for a stay that blends luxury, comfort, and unforgettable scenery, this hotel delivers on every level.
