IT HAS IMPROVED THIS YEAR ELSE FOR PREVIOUS 2 YEARS IT WAS BAD EXPERIENCE

CURTAINS OF APARTMENTS SUITS CANNT BE ROLLED UP AND DOWN, BATHROOM EXHAUST IS NOT FUNCTIONAL. FRIDGE TEMP IS LOW. FANS ARE MAKING NOISE DUE TO BROKEN BEARINGS. SHOWER HEADS NEEDS TO CLEAN AS HAVE BLOCKAGES CAUSING POOR AND RESTRICTED FLOW OF WATER. IT IS NOTED THAT VOLUME OF WET & JOY PARK WATER RIDES MUSIC HAS GONE UP TOO HIGH.

Staff was very courteous and the food was good.

Rooms need immediate attention. Tap mixers don’t work. Sink only gave hot water so it was difficult to use. Shower had no pressure. Acs didn’t work. When we called the technician, he said the temperature is set to 28 and cannot be reduced further. Night was hot and uncomfortable. Then there was this loud music coming from outside till 11:30pm. We were hardly able to sleep.
