Checkin was not ready for us at 5:30pm when returned at 10:30 after my son’s baseball game I was denied check in because I complained that the rooms were not ready at 5:30 and expected some sort of compensation for the delay. Could have been something as simple as a late check out time and I would have been happy instead I was denied check in and told good luck finding some where at 10:30 at night! Absolutely terrible customer service!
The stay was good. But got no sleep day or night kids running up and down the halls. People outside the pool area at 2am noisy. And this is the third time staying and never being able to enjoy the pool. Maybe you should have time limits for kids and adults. Your hskg are so very nice and helpful.
Our whole floor smelt like cigarettes and check in was supposed to be 3:00pm and didn’t our room until 5:30pm
No towels in swimming pool. Bed cover dirty when we checked in

The jacuzzi tub was dirty had to buy cleaner and clean. Tub wouldnt stay full.
