The cleanliness also the stuff I’ve stayed there a couple weeks before the last time it was excellent my wife and I loved it

The could stay open a little longer for visitors that’s come in late after partying other than that everything is perfect my opinion

It was easy to get to from the airport, minutes away from a variety of restaurants and stores, the staff was helpful and friendly, and right off the expressway. Oh yes, they also had happy hour from 5:30-6:30pm at the bar each night!

"A Complete waste of time and money"

Notting to be honest. A complete waste of time and money.

We only booked this hotel because the website said that this location had a heated pool and jacuzzi. And we drove 5 hours to find out that they did not have a pool or jacuzzi like the website stated. And we never stayed the night once because we had a family emergency and had to leave immediately. And we were promised a refund and 5 weeks later no refund.

"If the air was working properly, my stay would have been exceptional."

The environment was welcoming.

The air in my room was not working properly. I called front desk and informed the lady of my issue. She told me she would take care of it. No one ever showed. I gave this information at checkout but unfortunately I was told I couldn't receive a discount or a refund because I purchased the room through a third party. The heat cause me to sweat and messed up my natural hair. I had to attend my son's graduation with my hair messed up. I was so hurt.
