Hotel was very clean and staff were kind, helpful and wore a smile. Our room was freezing and turned air off, heat on and still cold air. Made it very uncomfortable for my 86 year old mom. The chair in sitting area was ripped and cotton/foam coming out.

Hospitality shown every time by the staff.

The bathroom had not been cleaned. I had to clean it myself 🤷🏾‍♀️ and the floors had not been mopped nor vacuumed.

I didn't like the waffles with the sugar crystals. Not a fan of turkey sausage. Coffee options we're only bold & decafe. I like regular. Only muffin option was gluten free, not a fan of gluten free.
