Delta Hotels by Marriott Colonial Heights

Clean and looks new. Deluxe room is big and spacious.

The hotel was nice overall. However, the internet was horrible. I needed to work on the go but I was unable to and weirdly enough, the TV in the room also started having issues on the second day/night. The food was good but very expensive and not worth its price. The gym was nice and had good equipment to use (the TV was not working though??). Overall, if you don't need to use the facilities, it's a good place to stay.

The first room air conditioner was broke so they switched this to another room. I didn't know it was a $10 parking and we had 2 coffees $6, but everything else was okay.

The property is fresh and clean. PLEASE be aware that they charge $10 per night for parking, which I did not expect for an off the highway hotel of this type.

The AC was terrible in the room, all wake up as sweated. Also the ACs on the 5th floor common areas were down. The water pressure was not accurate in the shower. Found a sock underneath the bed left by the customer before us. Also do not deserve $10 for parking.

All good except parking charge of $10per day.

Something stinks outside, maybe the pond. It is a foul smell, but isn’t apparent from inside

We have stuck with this hotel through almost a year of renovations (because nowhere else could we find breakfast of comparable quality). Now the renovation is finally over and we really like the results -- the lobby area now looks stunning, there is now a bar, and the rooms look and feel brand new. Good job Mariott!

Overall a good stay! I had to wait longer than expected to check out due to staff dealing with a long issue with another customer and it took less than a minute to check me out
