"Great comfortable room"

We were traveling out of necessity during the COVID pandemic. We arrived in Cheyenne after a full day of driving. We were greeted warmly and with enthusiasm. Our room was comfortable and quiet. If I return to Cheyenne, I will stay at Candlewood again.

"Beautiful Hotel Located Near in a Very Interesting City"

We were traveling from Denver's airport to the Black Hills of South Dakota and needed some place to stay on the way. The hotel was located near a major interstate, but was very quiet. The rooms were spacious, clean and included a kitchenette. There was no free breakfast. My only regret was we had to leave the next morning to continue on to the Black Hills. I would have loved to have stayed at least another night and explored more of Cheyenne.

"Avoid this hotel"

Stayed for five days . . . was overbilled even though I had proof of confirmed reservation. Still waiting resolution of complaint through IHG. Hotel and staff are delightful, acknowledged billing error, but weren't authorized to refund the excess charges. Still waiting for contact from the hotel - would not recommend staying here until they resolve the issues surrounding billing practices. Disappointing as we are long term IGH members and use them consistently in our travels.

"Ice issue"

The only problem I had was I needed ice as soon as we got there, and no ice machine, had to make my own ice, I ended up buying a bag at the truck stop. I needed the ice to put on my swollen knees.

"Outstanding . . . . brand won me over again"

Outstanding facility and staff. Facility was neat as can be and the staff was very friendly and courteous offering suggestions for dinner and breakfast nearby. IHG this experience brought me back to a brand long since forgotten. Free laundry really sealed the deal being able to wash/dry weeks laundry.

"Pleasant surprise!"

Beautiful suites, clean and well maintained. I loved the fact that laundry is free. Gym is nice as well The staff was always friendly The beds are super comfy Loved it Hate to leave!!!! I was here on business and I wish I could stay longer
