Candlewood Suites Cheyenne by IHG

I really enjoyed the fitness center. The size of the room. The friendliness and politeness of the staff. The cleanliness. The bed was nice, however too hard for me however, that is a personal choice not a reflection on the facility. Just a personal choice. It’s a good firm mattress. Sheets were clean and crisp. Would recommend and stay again.

We enjoyed the suite where we could feel at home.

Bed was decent

In booking hotels as I drove I admit I didn’t realize this was a LT type place. Front desk was less than kind and seemed to hate her job. Zero free amenities not even water or coffee in morning. Room reminded me of a senior assisted living apartment which was weird and clientele was a little dodgy. I didn’t like the location and it was old and kinda gloomy

Was supposed to have a Restaurant and bar but they were closed and that was the main reason we picked them so we didn't get what we paid for

Bed sheets in the room had not been changed, I almost tucked my kids into a bed with body fluid stains on the inner sheets. The front desk host took care of changing the sheets for us, but not something anyone should have to deal with in a hotel with a “clean room guarantee”.
