"Once the check in escapade was over the stay was good"

The rooms are super clean and cozy.

I had made the reservation a day in advance through booking.com. I prepaid. I arrived at the property with my two toddlers and the front desk staff told me that I needed to pay the rate plus incidentals. I advised her that booking.com has a non refundable policy. The receptionist was transparent and said she was new and called a manager 45 mins later and the manager was able to get things situated.

The staff was great. Location was good, easy access to the highway, starbucks and hot table were right next door with a few restaurants up and down the street.

The only issue we had was there are no microwaves in the room. I had to go downstairs to the community room to warm up my food. This was not a terrible thing, just a little inconvenient after a long, day.
