Very helpful and friendly staff

Liked having a kitchen.

Location was great, but the proximity to the interstate made noise outside about the loudest I've ever heard at a hotel. Luckily we were on the backside and not bothered by the traffic noise.

When we checked in we were in a hurry to turn around and get to a wedding as we were running late. The room we were given smelled like the previous guest was a smoker and the room really stunk. We just turned on the air and left the room for the wedding in about 15 minutes. Upon return at around 10 pm, the smell was still overwhelming, the TV didn't work great and was small, the toilet seat wasn't connected to the toilet and slid off. We went to the front desk and asked for another room, and fortunately was able to transfer to a cleaner and better smelling room. TV was nicer, room seemed cleaner. But, when packing up the next morning I had an ant crawl out from under my wallet and the body soap in the shower was empty. Luckily, I was able to reach the hand soap by the sink to get me by. We also witnessed a potential domestic dispute in the parking lot. Just had a bad vibe to the place, but was grateful we were assigned a different room.

Rooms were clean.

Ironing board was broken. Surprised there was no telephone in the room.

Everything is very comfortable and the staff is always so friendly

Clean enough Room was stayed in a lot but the kitchenette was great. Don’t expect a lot but it was okay. It is very busy

I liked the cozy feel of the room and the kitchenette was great

The floors werent vacuumed good, there was hair on bathroom floors, and food under the bed
