The manager went by the name Trey. Called immediately after i had booked the room only to tell me that they do jot rent to the locals. If you live within a 50 mile radius. That should have been disclosed on its contract with bookings.com. Also it's been over 48 hours and i still haven't received my refund yhat Trey said that he would approve. Eihole the representative from Bookings.com was on the phone bia yhe 3 way call.
