Very clean and comfortable

People upstairs were very loud for about 2 hours straight that woke us up it was a horrible night!

Location was close to restaurants and close to the field where our daughter was playing. The staff was attentive and accommodating

The breakfast selection was absolutely terrible! Breakfast started at 7:30, we were there at 7:45 and there was hardly any selection of food items. They were out of bacon, they had a waffle maker that was not in service, the oatmeal was not fully cooked, they had salsa, cottage cheese some fruit and cold cereal. No eggs, no bacon was disappointing. We left to unfortunately go buy our breakfast. Curtains in the room were dirty with what looked like chocolate or who knows what it was. The spa had dead flies on Friday evening and was not operational (no bubbles)

No public ice machine and the fact staff let's people scream & play at the pool until midnight or later!

Breakfast was limited, so if you don't like savory foods, you can't expect to just have yogurt and waffles. Socializing was difficult with unfriendly staff, and in other hotels, draft beer was self-service with no attendants to serve it. The carpet was dated and unclean, both in the room and in the common areas. The sink broke during our stay, and in general, the seals on the bathroom fixtures and faucets were poorly maintained. The switches were faulty and cracked. 😡 "Card payment mishandled at check-out. Funds were held despite successful transaction according to bank and card." 😤
