Not clean. Smelled like mildew. Carpeting was worn and torn. Elevators dirty, this hotel needs a remodel.

A couple things. 1. A dog barked into the night across from. Also lots of noise as our room was across the ice machine. 2. Breakfast was good but at 8:00 am food was out and not replenished. For example the potatoes and French bread. Also the pancake machine was not working. Milk ran out. Only one coffee machine working. 3. What appeared like blood drops on comforter on one of the beds.

The beds were comfortable and the morning staff was excellent.

When we got there to check-in there wasn't anyone to help. There was a note saying he was helping another guest. I stood there for 15 minutes before he came to the front desk.

Location. Being on first floor.

Tried to call front desk twice - no answer. Husband went out to car and said no one was at the desk as that person was outside visiting with someone. Room was dirty, stained and in need of repair. Poor lighting at night. Heard noise, walking across our ceiling and conversations from other rooms. Bed was not comfortable. Breakfast food was not being attended to - no syrup, bacon was empty, juice was either old or needed to be stirred? Not worth the cost.
