"I believe I would not go back to that hotel in Trinidad Colorado was not up to Holiday Inn expectations Holiday Inn are"

They definitely had a decent breakfast but for a Holiday Inn express it didn’t have the expectations as a Holiday Inn express does

Well, I looked online booked the room them saying they had the pull hot tub. Everything there to go swimming we get there the hot tubs empty nothing in there closed off. The pool was like ice cold you couldn’t even swim in it. I had my grandkids with me I told him we were going to go swimming And it was unsuitable and no hot tub. Very disappointing.

Property was awesome! The only disappointment was the hot tub was broke and with a very long drive we wanted to use it to help with our backs
