I enjoyed the breakfast and pool amenities. The hotel was also close to Niagara Falls State Park.

I did not like that my credit was charged before I arrived on the property. I selected that I would pay when I arrive. Secondly, I did not like being charged for parking. Lastly, not having access to online streaming platforms such as Netflix, Hulu, or Youtube. The facility should add smart television to the renovation process.

Literally everything. The room smelled like mold & must, it was damp, dark and disgustingly dirty. They couldn’t figure out how to get the wifi to work, we ended up checking out and leaving early.

I think you could’ve let me know that the pool was going to be under construction when I rented the room And then the added disappointment was the construction was in the next room
