"Good"

We arrived at the property and the gentleman at check in was good. Got up to the room and it smelled like raw sewage. We were leaving for a bit so we figured when we arrived back it would be gone. Got back to the room and it still smelled, tried to call the front desk and kept getting a busy signal so we went to bed. woke up this morning and tried to connect to WiFi and wouldn’t work kept saying invalid room number, we then we tried to make coffee and there were no cups or reg coffee pods, so we decided to just go out and get coffee. Tried to take a shower and there was no hot water. As we were leaving we stopped at the front desk and explained the issues and lady simply stated “sorry about that” I will not be returning to this property.

We stayed here because we needed the convenience of grabbing breakfast on our way out to early tournaments. It’s Mother’s Day and they aren’t having an early breakfast. We were offered $25 Mother’s Day brunch that starts at 10. We need to leave by 7. And the pool was closed for maintenance

"Bad bad bad"

This was awful. High priced, and why advertise reasturant if you really dont have one. Supper was half pulled together. Breakfast was so gross and we paid $10 each greasy bacon cold French toast. The room was just okay. Bathroom lighting was so dim.

"Needs an Update! "

This hotel needs an upgrade desperately! Pkease get rid of the stained nasty carpeting in the rooms. Also the carpet in the hallway on the 3rd floor is buckled and is an extreme tripping hazard. The staff is excellent! Haley was very helpful and knowledgeable. .

"Don't do it its a trap"

The concert I was there for

You have to pay for breakfast it's not free continental like the website says, its the same breakfast crap everyone else serves for free! and I'm fighting with them to get my security deposit back after 2 days and them saying I would receive it as soon as I checked out at 6am
