The staff was amazing, kind. Helped us with everything. We were lucky; our room was already cleaned when we arrived around 12:00. And they offered us the keys without extra payment! That's some real class. We were so happy as we'd been travelling since 04:00. Also, after checkout, we had to wait 4h for our airport transport to arrive. And with our All Inclusive package we were allowed to get some lunch at the main restaurant. This honestly reduced our stress immensly. Not every hotel would have done that. +++ The pool outside was big and deep enough for some nice laps. Although it was cold for a heated pool. But maybe the hard winds during our stay prohibited it from heating up correctly. Lunch at the restaurants next to the pool was amazing. The main restaurant was nice, but it felt more average. We had difficulty finding protein. There was always a huge selection of carbs and veggies availible. So MANY fruits!!! But protein was a bit more difficult, which was sad. Deserts were also amazing. There is a bus stop around the corner, also a supermarket and pharmacy. Hiking around the area is stunning.

We were really dissapointed by the pillows on the bed. They offer next to no support; your head is in a weird position. I would highly suggest an upgrade on these. For such a luxurious hotel, this felt really off from the standards. More protein to choose from in the main restaurant would be amazing! Protein was always mixed in something else. Which didn't give you much option to mix and match to your own liking.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Bucht und weist eine wunderschöne Anlage auf. Der Pool ist beheizt und man spart sich den Kampf um die Liegen, da jeder Gast eine reservierte Liege hat. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und von sehr guter Qualität.
