"Elevador sin funcionar"

La ubicación esta muy bien, y el hotel esta muy limpio.

El elevador no funcionaba a ciertas horas, y cuando funciono, es solo 1 elevador para los 10 pisos, y no se da abasto, la mayor parte venia lleno.. Varias veces tuvimos que subir 8 pisos por la escalera con maletas y cosas. Sugiero que para personas de mayor edad pidan pisos abajo. Adicional el control de la televisión no funcionaba, los máquinas de hielo tampoco. Hotel limpio t camas muy cómodas.

Camas cómodas, muy buen desayuno, excelente ubicación, los insumos de cuidado personal (jabón, shampoo, crema corporal, de muy buena calidad)..
