Well, I was on the floor that the elevator didn't go to. There was a sign in the elevator saying to get off on 4 and use the other elevator. It was hard to get the elevator to the 5th floor. Also, they were doing construction on the pool. So, there is no pool. The internet had gone out also. The front desk had to check the rooms to see what was occupied. I came to see about a close family member who was deathly ill, and the elevator was out my entire stay.

The elevator problem and no pool. I felt I should have gotten a discount.

The desk clerk didn't get an attitude when I came back down to explain that my linen wasn't clean. He offered me another room instead of giving me some more linen to put on the beds

The air down in the lobby wasn't working and my linen on the bed wasn't clean

Was not aware pool was under renovation. Didn't see anything when booked. Traveled with ball team. Girls little disappointed couldn't swim room only had shades could not pull curtains. Lights from other businesses shone in
